Electro-therapeutic Modalities & Ultrasound
Electrical Stimulation (T.E.N.S. units and PENS settings) – our Therapy staff members are trained on the use of and equipped with E-Stim machines which are used therapeutically for such areas as: pain control and reduction, increasing ROM, edema control, neuromuscular re-education, muscle re-education and recruitment, functional activity re-education, and improving circulation and muscle engagement in such diagnoses as CHF, COPD and varied dementias, where activity tolerance may be limited. We also offer specialty programs utilizing the E-stim machines, including Fall Prevention and Urinary Incontinence
Our Skilled Therapists/Clinicians are trained in the use of E-stim and Ultrasound for the Treatment of the following:
